Finding a good credit card take a bit of work.(they're so many of them).
you have Credit-union cards,you need to join a group to be eligible for one(one of this suppose to be the best)
for low rate cards you have Iberiabank (visa classic)...or simmons (first visa platinum).
If you think you can pay off your balance in full each month,the best card, is American express(blue cash) or capital one (no hassle).
The Mastercard Citi is a good one and easy to have, but they have a high rates if not payed.

you know what they 're all the same...they all trying to come up with a number of ways to make up for the revenue they expect to lose and and also minimize their financial risks.
I did have a mastercard citi that raised my balance transfer fee from 4% to 15% and then (welad lahram) reduced my credit limits.(w/no notice)

you re lucky, I have Mastercard citi with 16.5%.
Once, I was attempted to withdraw cash using this credit card, then I was faced to hideously high fees and interest rates charged.

Now I barely use this one. So think a lot before cash transfer or wirhdrawing..
I refuse to pay any balance transfer fee,annual fee(except for AMEX),or high interest fee(anything higher than 9%)..The card above we're talking about cut my limit from $20.000 to $300
When I called screaming they told me it would raise the limit to $5000 If I charged more.I told the representative that the next sound she heard would convey my response.....she asked what was that clicking sound??..I told her it was the scissors cutting up their stupid card..And I hung up the phone:-D
