As per the Muslim Council of Montreal The majority of Masjids in Montreal will begin Ramadan tomorrow insha'allah (i.e: fasting on Wednesday) while Makkah Mosque and ICQ will begin on Thursday insh'allah. This was agreed upon at a meeting between the Muslim Council of Montreal for the moonsighting held on Aug 10th.
