Can you try in english?
Lol D'accord:
Money is not an objective for Canada accepting international students. The true cost of education per international student is morethan what this international student pays per year.
The difference between what an international student pays and what the true cost is, is covered through the government funding to the universities. To offset the extra amount that the international student is not paying.
This brings the question: If economically this doesn't make sense? (ie, if Canada is not making any money (but actually losing money) from international students, why is Canada still accepting those to come and study here? The answer is due to 3 reasons:
1) Multilateral agreement with different countries in the world (including 3rd world countries) to accept their students in Canada (some through bursaries, and some not)
2) The Diversity advantage, in having students from different backgrounds, which adds more value to the learning experience to Canadian students..
3) Using international students as a 'filtered' future immigrants, that if they apply for permanent residence in Canada afterwards, they are at an advantage of having completed their education in Canada, and are already familiar with the Canadian living society.
Tu as compris maintenant?
