I'd like to share an amazing talk that Neil deGrasse Tyson delivered 2018 in Dubai on colonizing space. Shortly after that, the UAE successfully launched their Mars probe, thus becoming the first Arab space faring nation.
The main lesson is that as a leader, you need to aim high and initiate such grandiose projects to motivate the youth to go into STEM and develop a love for science and engineering. What better motivator there is than having a successful space program?
