As I am browsing videos on YouTube website, I came across a video of a peddler in the city of Nador located in the northeastern Rif region of Morocco. The peddler was selling peanuts in a corner of a street which is a very common way of doing business in Morocco. He was cut by the police, lost his asset, and got arrested for doing such activity. Do you think the peddlers of Morocco should have a work permit before merchandising on the street? Why and why not?
