My advise is to avoid any private immigration offices;

You can apply directely to immigration office, just look for Australia Immigration in google and start process.

Situation a couple of years ago, it was too much expensive in term of fees something like 10.000$, but everything is changing,

But my friend is really perplexed between Immigration to Australia or Canada so what do u think is the best in term of sociaty, study, job

About Australia, no more infor except that we read sometimes in newspaper or seen on TV, for Canada you have manything writen on it in Bladi, just go ahead to the Canada Forum;
