Cher Lion.
La derniere etape avant la Qatar 2022 etait le Congo. Ancien ZAIRE. J'etais preoccupe pour
nos lions .... Je me rapelle de ce match pour la qualif de 1974 ou un joeur du Zaire
avait pousse notre guardien de but le ballon en main dans la cage et l'arbitre
qui courait vers le centre pour signifier but ... Mais tout s'est bien passe
match nul au Congo et un 4-0 Maroc et puis bien cette demi-finale au Qatar.
Mais ca tout le monde le sait. La planete le sait ...
Maintenant ce sont les Congolaises qui m'inquitent ... Pauvre Arbitre.

It was rough. I am not gonna lie to you. Around 3 p.m Pacific time I picked Little Adam from school.
We stopped and we got some snacks here on Solano Avenue. And then we headed home.
Little Adam goes in first and comes back to me. "Mommy is crying." What happened I said.
"She says there is an Earthquake in Morocco." So I go inside and ask her "Where? What city?"
She tells me "Everywhere." I did not want to believe it. I left her crying and trying to reach her family
on the phone. Asfi. I enter my bedroom and I lock the door.
I turn on the computer. And There It Is. EVERYWHERE. I keep looking and I see Marrakesh. The Imperial Marrakesh.
Rough I tell you Dear Lion. I started thinking about all those people in the Medina. And of course I started thinking about
the Koutoubia Mosque .... The Kasbah .... Ahmad Al Mansour. The Saadian.
Good God Dear Lion. Can you image the Imperial Marrakesh without the Koutoubia?

He said "I escaped. Son Of Khalti Karima".

Jalal: "The house is great. No damage."

Jalal: "Nothing. It was built using The Rocks Of Jbel Gueliz"
The last time I saw Jalal. A couple of years ago.
We started at 7 p.m. We finished around 7 a.m.

I Spoke to Laiini. (My Eyes). She is doing just fine. Thank you. She did not even feel the Earthquake.
Her house also untouched ... Since my mother passed away, Laiini is like mother now.
Anyways she told me about Derb Dabachi. El Mellah and El Kasbah .... Bad news but it
could have been worse.
God. Country. And KING

I hope to be around Dear Lion. I will be 65. I told Little Aya. I told her to plan
on being there. She will be 25. When I broke the news to her. Her exact
response in her Californian accent. "Oh My God!"
She was on her way to the university. Berkeley. She is into Chemistry.
But she is also taking a C++ course. She wants to please me. Or maybe she
thinks she can do better.
