It is sad to see the tents spread out like that in the Atlas Mountains. We are still
standing tall and that's important. Nahmado Allaha Wa Nachkoroh ...

Yesterday Sunday I went to the marina bright and early. Around 7 am. I do a little walking and a little jogging.
Very few people and lots of Wild Turkeys ... I never seen so many ....

A guy told me that at night these wild turkeys sleep in trees ....

These days I am trying to eat healthy. You know I Am A Beef Eater. A Man's Steak.
With A Good Bottle Of Red Wine .... Taking a a break from all that. Veggies, Fish, Chicken. .....

Here I am being a good boy eating a Veggie Breaker with my favorite coffee.

Oh I forgot. The Coffee Is From Yemen. .... There's more and more Yemeni Coffee Shops around here.
A very nice one just opened up on Euclid Avenue by the Prestigious University Of California Berkeley. Little Aya took
me there .... A mixed crowd but quite a few girls with the Hijab.

You know it rained overnight. I was sleeping ... The sun did come out in the morning.
I do a lot of walking these days. Eating healthy. I cut down
on beef, cheese and bread ... Also the sodas. Coke ....
I do what I can. So far so good.

Oh No Lamb either. Yup those delicious lamb shoulders ... Nope.

I Call It The Three Bridges. When Little Aya was a baby at night when she doesn't want to go to sleep
I do the Three Bridges. I start with the Bay Bridge, Then The Golden Gate. And Finally The San Rafael Bridge.
The traffic was light. I drive fast with the music Wild 94.9 FM and it worked like a charm. Half-way through the Golden Gate,
Little Aya is done for the night. It is a Full Circle.
